You can verify your account easily and quickly!
All you need to do is go to My Account > Profile > Verification Process and upload a photo or scan of the front and back side of your ID card, or the passport page showing your personal details. Also, upload one additional document for Proof of Address from the list below:
📄 Proof of Address Documents
When you click on ‘Upload Documents’, you will need to upload, in addition to your identification document, one of the following:
• Utility bills, landline, internet bills, cable etc. with billing date visible (no payment slip).
(In these cases, you will need to submit the first two pages of the bill. Please note that utility bills for mobile services will not be accepted.)
• Utility bill issued by the Electricity Authority of Cyprus (EAC)
• Utility bill issued by Water Supply and Sewerage Boards
• Utility bill issued by Local Government Authorities (Waste tax, property tax, tax bill)
• Certificates from Municipality or Community
Important notes:
• Documents must be fully visible and clear
• All four corners of the document must be visible - no zoomed-in images
• No digital editing is allowed; you may cover unrelated personal data using physical means (e.g., a piece of paper)
• If a document is rejected, you will receive instructions to resubmit
Summary:
• Go to My Account > Profile > Verification Process
• Upload the front and back sides of your identification document (ID card or passport)
• Upload one Proof of Address document from the list above
